About this course

A variety of yoga classes with mum and yoga teacher, Amona Kadiku.

Amona has created 3 classes for us:

  • A 50 minute yoga class suitable for mums to be
  • A 15 minute breathing class
  • A 25 minute yoga class that focuses on waking up the body with stretches and sun salutations

Course Structure

1 Lesson

Breathing exercises with Amona

In this 15 minute session, Amona will take you through a series of breathing exercises.

These are great to do at any time of day and will leave you feeling calm and collected.

All you need is a mat and a cushion.

Prenatal Yoga with Amona

A 50 minute yoga class suitable for mums to be.

All you need is a mat and a yoga block and/or a cushion.

25 minutes yoga class

A 25 minute session that is great for pre and postnatal.

The class focuses on opening up the body through a series of stretches and sun salutations.

All you'll need is a mat and cushion.
