Tuesday 7am

Cardio & Core

A 30 minute class with the 1st half focussed on cardio and the 2nd half on core exercises.

Cardio exercises are high intensity and high impact and not all core exercises are suited for new mums.

Wednesday 7am

Full Body Dumbbells

A 30 minute class using dumbbells to work the entire body to strengthen all those important muscles mums need everyday.

Equipment Needed
Mat

1x lighter pair of dumbbells, 1x heavier pair of dumbbells

Thursday 7am

Glutes & Core

A 30 minute bodyweight class. The class focuses on working the deeper core muscles as well as our glutes to keep our core unit strong.

Mat, Resistance Band

Friday 7am

Postnatal Core & Stretch

A 30 minute Bodyweight class. The class focuses on pelvic floor exercises, deep breathing, rebuilding core strength and extended stretching.

Live Zoom workouts are a great way to keep fit, have fun and connect with other mums at the same time.  Seeing all the other ladies on the Zoom grid is a great motivator to keep you going through out the session and our expert trainers do a good job of making sure you are well looked after.
