Monday 7am

Full Body Dumbbells

A  strength class using dumbbells to work the entire body, especially focusing on all the important muscles mums need to stay strong for everyday life.


Equipment Needed
Mat, 1x pair lighter dumbbells, 1x heavier pair dumbbells

Tuesday 7am

Bodyweight HIIT

A 30 minute Full Body HIIT session.

The class does include some high impact exercises, but modifications will always be given.

Wednesday 7am

Legs, Bums  & Tums

A 30 minute Bodyweight class.

The class focuses on low impact exercises to target legs, glutes and abdominal muscles.

Mat, Resistance Band, Dumbbells

(at least 6-8 weeks postnatal)

Thursday 7am

Core & Stretch

This class is focused on working on your core muscles post birth, your pelvic floor, deep breathing and offers a good dose of stretching!

Get Involved!


Live Zoom workouts are a great way to keep fit, have fun and connect with other mums at the same time.  Seeing all the other ladies on the Zoom grid is a great motivator to keep you going through out the session and our expert trainers do a good job of making sure you are well looked after.
